monitor issue

Hello

 

A bit of a background story

I've bougth a BenQ(165hz) monitor and it had a lines that appeared on random so i returned the monitor.

and got a new one from Gigabyte(180hz) but i still have the same problem

and here is the problem 

 

 

now those line do not show when i play a game or watch a movie

ive updated the drivers,changed the hdmi cable but the lines still appear

 

P.S. while i was waiting for my new monitor to arrive i was using my old AOC(75hz) and the lines did not appeared

so i dont think the the problem is the GPU.

any suggestion what may cause it ?

Looks like GPU artifacts to me.

 

Try changing your monitor refresh rate to 75 hz and see if that removes them.
