Fairly New Build With Brutally Slow Boot Times

MMX69

I built a PC not too long ago for my son to use for school during the pandemic and I made it with some decent parts. The thing ran great for a while until i decided to do a defrag ( I will never do a defrag again). I've read many forum responses stating that it is impossible to slow your system down by simply doing a defrag but i have to say, that's all I did and now it takes 10-15 min to boot. Like I said, the thing ran great and booted fast before. I've got a shite graphics card in it but its not for gaming and it still ran great despite the card. I've updated all my drivers including the chipset and BIOS. I disabled fastboot and all the heavy boot processes. I'm dreading doing a fresh install but I'll do it if I have to. Any thoughts?

Sorry for the late response, been a long day at work. I'm using a 4TB Seagate Barracuda HDD. I think it might be a hybrid drive. I can't remember though.
