You likely won't find a GPU in that price point that will be able to do as you ask.

Then the 2060 is the clear choice between the 2.

What exactly do you think a bottleneck is?

Neither a 1660 Super or a 2060 will be held back at all by a 5600X.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

The 5600X can be paired with much more powerful GPU's than a 2060. You do not have the money to afford those cards.

I have 1660 Ti (practically same) and much worse CPU (I7-3770) and in most games i'm not bottlenecked by CPU

If you can find RTX 2060 for good price and you can afford it then buy it
