!HELP! Terrible graphics on RX 6800 XT

dejankli

Hello,

I have an issue with my graphics card. When I play games the image quality is poor, it looks like there's a grain/pixelated filter over it. Does anyone know how to help?

I've attached an image bellow as an example in Forza Horizon 5.

Your screenshot is so low-resolution it's quite hard to see the problem.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

If that image is a screenshot at the resolution of the game, you're playing at a very low resolution.

What is the resolution set to in Windows and in game?

It's set to 1920 x 1080, on both.

No, that's the "grainy filter" I'm talking about.

Are you reducing the resolution of the images before posting them, or is that just the resolution you get when you do a screenshot? Because those images are not 1080p.

Can you show us the game settings?

Also, my VRAM Clock Speed is a little over 1900 MHz even in idle, is that normal?

Does Forza Horizon 5 have an option for film grain or something?

Is resolution scaling disabled?

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Did you recently upgrade to this graphics card? If so, did you use DDU in Safe Mode to remove the old drivers?
