Ugreen Revodock 6-in-1 Randomly Disconnecting

I think I've figured out what the issue is, and I've contacted Ugreen support to see if they know anything about this, I'd just like to see if anyone else has had this issue before I spend any money.

What's Happening:

Every 5-60 minutes all of my peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet, audio interface) disconnect from my LG V60 momentarily. When recording from the audio interface, this corrupts the recording and causes serious annoyance in other apps to, making web pages refresh, any USB devices remount (if using the interface software, this means dismissing about 5 popups. Not ideal.), and sometimes a word document will close.

What I've Tried:

Frankly not much. All I've done so far is contact LG support, and they said to switch the phones USB configuration to File Transfer/Android Auto. This obviously didn't work otherwise I wouldn't be here.

My Theories:

Earlier today the issue was happening repeatedly and causing a lot of frustration. I realized the power adapter was partly out of the plug and causing an intermittent connection, therefore the behaviour was different and the issue was worse. This led me to the realization that disconnecting the power causes all the peripherals to remount, and therefore potentially the issue could be caused by the power supply switching off due to too high load. However as it's winter right now and that's not exactly high time for yard work, which is my main method of making money, money is tight, especially since I just spent a lot on a camera. I'm 17 for context. Therefore I would prefer to avoid buying a new power adaptor, but if it's likely to solve my issues, then I will.

P.S. I do not have a higher power adaptor to test with. I live in a house with iPhone users that should tell you all you need to know.
