What should a 7900x core and soc be manully set to?

My core voltage is set to auto on my 7900x and also my soc. My core voltage is at 1.424v auto and my soc voltage is at 1.288v auto. What should I manually set these to?

Don't manually set VCore, it's designed to fluctuate around and any attempt to mess with it will result in weird issues. If you want to mess with it, the curve optimizer is the way to go about it as that causes less weird issues (still weird issues, but slightly more predictably weird).

For the SOC voltage, unless you're doing FCLK overclocking or it's above 1.3V, don't worry about it. Otherwise there isn't really a point, it's not dangerous to be at the current value and it's not likely you'd gain anything other than possible memory instability by lowering it.
