acrolock file temp delete

i set up a file sharing server using true NAS core, it's been while i successfully backup with script robocopy. lately it can't backup files, the eror on BAT file says don't have any permiton from admin. then i tried to access it form client pc to delete the fille it says the same thing, have you guys face same problem like i did? how you deal with it?
