Brutalist TUF Build Ideas?

Budget (including currency): $1000 USD

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA Games at 1080p High/Ultra (Spider-Man Remastered, Jedi: Survivor), Game development (Unity, GameMaker)

I am looking to build a budget(ish) build using mostly TUF products to make a brutal-looking PC with some RGB. Is there any suggestions you have?

(Already own the CPU, so no platform changes)

Is the budget with or without the cpu?

I changed to a better board

Equally good way cheaper cooler (you dont need much for a 5600x anyway so can even drop that more :p)

Faster gpu

If you still have 140 to spare look at a rx 6800/6800xt its WAY faster again

I decided to go more with a "Clean" build while focusing on a budget. Any improvements?

Is this the original 1000$ budget or is the 1000$ meant to be without the cpu?
