What do you mean it wouldn't boot with one of the sticks in? It had two before and you took one out? Or you put it back the exact same way it was in the old case and it won't boot with either two or one sticks in now?

i put it in the new case exactly how it was and now only one of the sticks will allow it to boot if the other is in it doesnt boot

1. Are you using the recommended slots the motherboard manufacturer is recommending?

2. DDR5 is pretty finicky, looks like your motherboard has an available F9D BIOS which offers improved RAM support, you should try installing that.

3.  If you haven't already, try taking out the RAM and re-seating it, gently blowing it off with some air.

4. More options would be re-seating your CPU in case something isn't making good contact after moving it, and you could try clearing your CMOS
