Idk if this fits here but how do I stop my dad from remotely turning off my internet

My dad controls the internet at my college dorm and has it so after 9pm it turns off for my devices specifically, how can I stop this from happening? Already tried vpn and random hardware address (I have a windows 11) and neither worked. He uses WiFi called sonic and controls it with an app on his phone.
