Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. I'd be more concerned about whether or not your PSU can, though it should

AMD 3600x, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL14, GTX 1080, and Ungodly Amounts of Storage

It'll work, but you'll only be getting PCIe 2.0 x16 speed instead of PCIe 3.0 x16, which may have an impact on your performance.

 

As long as your PSU can power the card and the rest of your system, you'll be okay.

PCIE gen two... It will work but you'll have sub par perf.  And on a 1650 that is doubly sad. Still better that a potato.

I doubt a 1650 can saturate PCIe x16 2.0. Any performance loss would be negligible.

As @Middcoresaid above a GTX1650 is in no danger of saturating a gen 2 x 16 slot.

 

Bare in mind even a modern day 4090 doesn't lose that much performance on gen 2 pcie.

If it does not work it wont be because your motherboard has bios from 2012 it might not work if your PSU is to old though
