Is it really okay to have a PC without any exhaust fans?

It will run hot, but it will be okay, just losing some performance if the heat is high enough and it will get worse overtime.

But, there's no reason you can't add another fans but yourself.

This AIO is bad for the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

AIO could be configured as the exhaust, yes, but you still need a main exhaust fans that is not on the AIO to achieve best airflow.

And finally, can the component's RGB be configured (through software or hardware)? Is there any fan hub which comes with the case/cooler or should it be brough separately?

Most if not all recent generation motherboard has ARGB headers, so they could be controlled through a software from the motherboard.

But there is also RGB hubs, which not really necessary, but better for cable management and if there's some special connector for the RGB.

I found this case "Cooler Master CMP520". It has 3 pre-installed fans in the front and no exhaust fans. Is it really okay to have a PC without any exhaust fans?

Im also planning on installing an AIO cooler: "Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2". Can the AIO cooler be reconfigured so that it acts as an exhaust instead? (The AIO cooler will be on the top and it has 2 fans)

And finally, can the component's RGB be configured (through software or hardware)? Is there any fan hub which comes with the case/cooler or should it be brough separately?

Is an intake fan preferable at the back of the case?

Attachment: Apparently these is a RGB Controller which comes with the AIO cooler

I am planning to build a computer, I dont have an actual custom build. My laptop specifications are listed on my profile.

NOTE: I prefer: NVIDIA GPUs and Intel CPUs, CPUs which support LGA 1700 (An okay future-proofing method). Z790 Motherboards but B series is also okay (No H Series). Wanting to use XMP.

Current PC Plan:

CPU: Intel i5 12400F (Benches show that it is faster than the Ryzen 5 5600X, despite the Ryzen having more cache)

GPU: RTX 3050 8GB or RTX 3060 12GB (I like the software advantages of the RTX over Radeon)

MB: MSI Z790-P WiFi (I prefer MSI for its BIOS, looking for a reason to use ASUS)

RAM: Patriot Viper Venom [2x16, 6000MHz, DDR5, UDIMM, Non RGB]

SSD: XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 1TB Gen 4x4

PSU: DeepCool DQ750M-V3L [750W, GOLD 80+, Fully Modular]

CASE: MSI MAG Forge 112R [4 Fan] (Looking forward to using Mystic Light software)

COOLER: DeepCool AK400 Zero Dark Plus (Minimal, No RGB and cheap)

If you've got intake fans and an opening where exhaust fans can fit, it's okay to leave them empty, as the pressure from the fan will make the air escape there

Do you have any AIO Cooler ideas? Preferably from cooler master but I'm free for other brands too (in a budget)

Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240mm is always recommended, if you want RGB then just get the RGB variant.
