Guys I need help DP1.4 30ft

I’m trying to find a way to run display port 1.4 30ft. Sorry if this question has been answered before but I’ve been trying to find a stable and reliable way to run a 1440p 144htz signal 30ft. It has to be DP1.4 because my Alienware oled 34in monitor only supports 1.4 at high refresh rates.

I’ve looked at repeaters, active cables, cables that sayyyyy they are 30ft 1.4 but I cannot seem to find a reliable solution. Every brand I’ve seen seems like some cheap never-head-from-before brand.

Any recommendations would be super helpful as I’m trying to build a super clean setup with my computer on the other side of the room. What would you do in this situation?

The reviews indicate this optical fiber DisplayPort cable works

https://www.amazon.com/CABLEDECONN-Optical-FlexibleCable-32Gbps-Displayport/dp/B00V7NOST8?th=1

Looks like there are issues with heating - so you may want to invest in tiny fan pointed at source end (computer).

The only true ones that can go so far are optical cables and those cost a fair bit

What you need is called "DisplayPort Active Optical Cable". The ones from Eaton work pretty well, however they are pretty pricey at around 190$ plus shipping. Keep in mind though that they stick out the back quite a bit more then regular DP cables and you must not bend them, so routing will be a challenge.

Nope, you can do 10m DP1.4 over copper. Lindy for example makes such cables. They're also not cheap.

DP1.2 can even go up to 20m.
