i need help with win10 and roblox

internet cafe owner here. something happened in roblox installer in which it would just crash and close program. this never happened before in my rental pcs. and before you ask, my rental pcs are relying on diskless system, in which all of them will rely on a vhd acting like an "image OS" that's connected to a server (aka my pc). no writes will happen on the image OS and therefore it never saw any changes for months. and then roblox installer just suddenly decided to just crash and kill itself, losing customers.
