Posted July 28, 2023 Hello, first off not great with PC hardware, but that did not deter me from trying to upgrade my RAM. This has naturally brought me here, hoping someone will pity the trouble I have rightfully brought up on myself... My PC: Z390-A PRO with 7-9700kf New RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB 3600MHz (x4) Updated BIOs, installed new RAM, used XMP to fix settings. PC refused to boot. Troubleshot for a while, got discouraged, removed new RAM and put in old. PC refused to boot. Questioned life. Now here. If we can get the stuff working fantastic! If we can get old stuff working, still a win. Thanks for any help.
