Looking for critique of my build plan…

Budget (including currency): $5000AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for Fortnite, COD Modern Warfare II, Blender, Forza Horizon 5, The Last Of Us, Ghostrunner, etc…

Other details: already have all peripherals, want to play at 4k 144htz preferably (or close to it within budget), would like to have fast render times when using blender and would also like a white aesthetic.

Im looking for some general criticism of my build plan, and any potential adjustments you guys would make. specifically with my motherboard, i feel I'm over spending. I would consider waiting until new generation graphics cards and CPU’s are available as i’m still saving up the money.

If you're running Blender, you want NVidia for cuda cores.  Look at a 4080 tier card for comprable performance.

(Blender is CUDA Enabled)

For a minute, I thought your pricing was bullshit, until I read "AUD" and yeah, the aussie tax is real.  >.<

So all gaming, with nvidia because of Optix renderer being a walking talking FTC violation? Got it. Also, deny copycat, accept tradition.

13700 would be easier to cool than 13900K which needs custom loop for full potential.
