So I have several videos showing this.

First my laptop specs.

MSI vector GP66 laptop with rtx 3060 6gb.

16gb ddr4 ram.

Intel core i7 12700h

Also tried resetting bois settings as I did mess with them (I only changed small things like boot order to prevent laptop from booting from blank usb)

Also I am plugged into a power. As when it gets to 20% or so it lags a bit.

To me this looks like an ISP issue. I have been having similar problems lately with certain sites... It just takes forever to get a successful DNS handshake, that's why loading things takes so long even tho the raw speed is there.

If you need recommendations for a new printer (the ones that use paper) you can tag me, i should be able to help 馃檪

Actually it's the whole system. There was another video showing it from boot up but I forgot to upload to Google drive.

Have you checked your Taskamanager to see if maybe something is getting pinned? Like RAM, CPU or your drive?

No. CPU in task manager says it's 3%. I open more apps after some time it still says 3% it doesn't move 1 bit.聽 Memory says 30%-42% and disk says 4%-7%

Also for some reason Nvidia performance overlay says the CPU it stuck at 20% -22%

Your video isn't very helpful here 馃檪

Again check Task Manager to see system utilization. From your video i can tell you seem to be very impatient with your machine, despite having a lot of stuff in autostart, which will definitely slow down boot times a lot.

Also Laptops and beds dont mix. They need Air and a soft surface is blocking the bottom side and the rear exhaust to some degree, so don't do that over extended periods when you need it to do things

If you need recommendations for a new printer (the ones that use paper) you can tag me, i should be able to help 馃檪

Also one thing I just tried now is safe mode. I tried 5 times and every time it keeps going into automatic repair.

It's gotta be windows 11 broken. Can't be anything else.

That's always a possibility, but i to me it looks like you are having some drive issues, since the system is responsive, it just doesn't load anything.

Well then. What if I told you after several reboots it has done disk check 2 times. Also tried bcdedit /set {current} recoveryenabled no using CMD in recovery mode

I actually had my wallet under it before I took the video. Also if you look at the top right 2 times I pot the phone to focus. It shows the temp it says GPU temp 54C which is normal even if I use it on a table

You can create a new partition on your drive and try reinstalling windows on that.

Looks like a broken Windows installation maybe missing drivers aswell

I'm doing "windows memory diagnosis tool" just in case

The thing about the bed was more a general thing, but your wallet is a decent workaround 馃檪

Your system looks like it has trouble accessing data, this could mean your SSD is doing some garbage collection or potentially trying to read from bad blocks, or if it is using system memory for caching maybe windows messed that up. In both cases there would not be damaged data, it would just be very slow till its done/fixed.

Task Manager shows average response time for storage devices, which would be an indicator for that.

I thought that was for RAM only? Not sure tho

Also the last thing I want to do is a factory reset. Because I have 1. My play profile. 2. My work profile and my dad also used it a bit and has files on it.
