Gpu never had coil whine when doing tests, but does now?

Hey, ive never had coil whine on this card but after reseating my gpu it had immense xoil whine, sometime while gaming, modtly in benchmarks

 

what have i done wrong and how do i fix it?

Sometimes its just the application. I've even experienced coil whine in the same title in more than one system, in systems that otherwise don't experience it whatsoever.

never had it in 3dmark but suddey i do
