50% chance on boot of no display output and dram led active on motherboard

recently upgraded to a X670E TUF, 32 gigs of 6400Mhz (currently running at 4800mhz to keep system stable) and a 7800X3D.

Can someone figure out this weird behavior?

Just search his channel for his new build, he has a hero board with a 7950x3d and can only boot with ram at 4000 mhz no xmp 

 

as far as I know he hasn’t found a fix
