Question regarding updating the BIOS of the motherboard

Hey!

 


I just bought a 7800x3D and MSI PRO B650-P motherboard. I've never updated a BIOS before, so now I'm wondering if I should update to the latest non-beta BIOS or the beta version that mentions the Ryzen 7000 fix to the SoC voltage?  Does the latest BIOS update also include updates for previous versions? PRO B650-P WIFI BIOS download site.
