Do the temps seem fine for AK620 at 34C Room Temp?

Repasted yesterday with Arctic MX-4 with a X which was spread with the supplied spreader for a smooth surface. Previously used Deepcool G40 thermal paste which was too viscous and while removing the paste came out clean off the CPU and was stuck to the Cooler.
CPU is a Ryzen 3500 Stock.

  • AMD Ryzen 7 5700X Stock
  • B550 Aorus Elite V2 Rev1.2
  • G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3600Mhz 32gb (8gb x4)
  • MSI Mech 2X RX6600
  • Deepcool AK620 WH
  • Deepcool CK500 WH
  • Kingston A2000 250gb + WD Blue 1tb HDD, Sn550 1tb + MX500 1000gb
  • Antec EAG Pro 750 80+G
  • Benq Mobiuz EX2510 144Hz

That's fine. The cooler is pretty overkill considering the CPU and there shouldn't be any cooling concerns.

Put load on it and come back to us. But yeah, sounds about right for idle.

Yes, it's a bit overkill but better to use it than use the stock cooler.

Aida64 only CPU stress test gives temps of around 58-59C. On a cooler day it used to be around 55C

Those temps are very good. The only thing that is overkill is sub-0, which can actually cause damage.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

For the past week it was pretty hot but from yesterday night it is raining and ambient temps dropped from 35 to 28 and the CPU temps also dropped.
