If parts are new, then yes, if used no.

you can get almost same parts new for that price, maybe 20-30 eur more.

If you could provide store link where you can buy parts I could help to find them.

I don't see a reason to upgrade the psu, neither the ssd since the nv2 won't be much better than even a sata sdd

At that point i would think about getting a new one, but i have also used a PSU of similar age before when i was broke with no problem what so ever and would probably still use it if i wouldnt have won a nice new one in a giveaway a while ago...

I would rather go for this, i bet you can get the extra 16 € by selling your old CPU on ebay, or maybe you dont need a new case. (Corsair VX is not a good PSU... if its new its new ooooold stock)

I had a power supply that I purchased in 2013 - it was an Enermax NAXN 450W. I had it in an Ivy Bridge based build for a bit until I dismantled it and used it in another build - this time with a Ryzen 2400G. The system was fine under a full load, but if the system were to idle, the power supply would become 'confused' and put the system in a weird 'on' state. This issue was resolved with a new, modern power supply.

Basically the point is, depending on the configuration regarding the sleep states for the CPU, the power supply might have issues if it were to go into a deep enough sleep state. So the OP should probably make sure the CPU never goes into a deep low power state.
