how do i get off bios loop?

i am stuck in a bios loop and i don’t know why.

Well neither do we.

 

But we might have some ideas if we knew even some morsels of information.

 

What's your specification?

Is it a new build?

Have you installed and operating system? Has it EVER booted before?

What are you seeing on screen?  Can you take a shot with your phone an post, along with the model of motherboard.

 

Other specs like power supply, ram, processor, drives, and video card could be causing this or a suck windows update or just a lot of other issues based on your description.

my bios keep showing up every time i start my pc,

my power supply is 600W MEPS Ready 80+ Certified Power Supply

and my ram is 16GB DDR4 2666MHz (2x 8GB) 

my gpu is a geforce gtx 1660 super 

and my processor is amd ryzen 5 3600

yes my pc has been booted before and it is a old build

specs of my pc is

amd ryzen 5 3600

geforce gtx 1660 super

16gb ram 

600W MEPS Ready 80+ Certified Power Supply

...So what happens when you press F10? Also clean the LITERAL GRAVEL off the back of your GPU!

haha, when i press f10 it saves but jus goes back to bios

Confirm the boot drive? Can you provide a bit more context? Have you recently swapped out parts or modified settings in the BIOS at all?

nah i haven’t swapped out part and changed anything in bios

So it just started doing this for no reason after a period of working as prescribed? Okay.
