Do note that if this person is trying to pass off his graphics card as a '1650', it's actually a 1060-3G. Very similar in performance though (at least till the VRAM gets full).

 

What currency? USD? It's a bit high but not super terrible. You could do better by buying parts but there's something to be said if you just want a completed system without the hassle.

for the money sure, might be worth a GPU upgrade depending on what your playing and you will want to verify if that CPU supports Win11 if you want that but yea, go for it.
