Manjaro had a big update recently...
I haven't updated yet (I typically wait a week or so), I'm guessing you didn't wait 😁.


Do you have xdg-desktop-portal-gnome installed?

I'd try uninstalling that if I were you.

PS Next time, beside distro do include which DE you are using.

I have been using Firefox and Thunderbird for the last year, my computer has an SSD, but yesterday all of a sudden both programs started taking much longer to load I have tried starting in troubleshooting mode in both applications which did not help. Any help would be appreciated.

OS: Manjaro xfce 64bit

Firefox: 114.0

Thunderbird: 102.11.0

Have you looked in Task Manager to see if anything else is using a lot of CPU, RAM, or Disk time?
