pc won't turn on, blue light on motherboard

Hello Friends,

I need help with my MSI B150M Night Elf motherboard,

 

It won't turn ON, but there is a Blue light led below CMOS battery

Thats not where the debug LED is. Its near the SYSFAN_2 hub, at the far top right side of the board, near the 4th RAM slot.

hi hello there friend SorryClaire, thank you for your reply, 

 

I appreciate your help, yes I know debug led, and also its location, the problem is debug led is fine, it did not light up, that is why I'm having a problem because I don't know what does blue led means,
