Ultimaker Cura and Blender problem

No name.

There is a model I wanted to print, but some of its parts are empty and some are filled. the middle part is empty and cura can't read the model to make infill inside; the worst part is it is one layer thick wall. about 0.2mm thick wall makes the model impossible to use and print. how can I solve to the problem?

in cura under "mesh fixes" there's "union overlapping volumes" that may be your fix.

EDIT: you'll have to turn it on in "setting visibility" first.

My guess is that this wasn't actually a 3d printable model, but instead like a character model from a game or something.

Yeah they are empty on the inside, the reason why some parts are filled up, is because they sculpted there. I would suggest looking up a guide for that, I'm sure they are out there, since this is a common problem. This is likely something that needs to be solved in blender, and not cura.

there's more options in the same menu, i recall reading one of them being specificly for "in case your model is so f*cked that the before mentioned option doesnt work."
