Hard drive dosnt show up in windows unless i make it offline then online in disk management

This is a new hard drive and every time i boot up my pc it dosnt show up as a disk in explorer to fix this i have to open disk management and make the drive offline then online every time and i dont know why

Just to start somewhere, I guess you already partitioned the drive and allocated the space on it?
