Friends GPU is not getting power

My friends pc is not powering the GPU(rtx 3060) no fan spin no output, he has tried the GPU in other slots and tried other GPUs and also power is fully connected, his CPU is a ryzen 3600 so no iGPU, any suggestions?

And did that worked? Also, what GPU driver was loaded in the boot drive, if this is not a new build?

Apparently he had the computer for 2 years till now

...that didnt answer either of my question. Because if the other GPU that was in the system worked and the system is already used, they might just forgot to uninstall the GPU drivers cleanly before entering in a new GPU.

 

Also i forgot to ask, whats your specific PSU model?

well multiple gpus dont work in the system, so i assume its not the 3060

If there's absolutely no output at all, and the fans aren't spinning upon being powered on, then drivers wouldn't be at fault since they're only loaded when the OS loads.
