New pre built crashes under load

Hello brought my son a new pre built pc a couple days ago it's a ryazen 5 3600, windows 11, 16gb ram, 3060,1tb Samsung Evo SSD,rtx Corsair 750 PSU and Asus prime b550m-k mobo. All drivers are up to date. Every Time he drops into a game the game just crashes. I tried running a benchmark on heaven benchmark and that crashed too I also got a message saying widows blocked heaven benchmark form accessing GPU. All temps are spot on no high GPU draw or CPU draw. Can someone please help me I've ran out of ideas and might just return the pc. Many thanks

Your crash smells of a faulty part or faulty Win install, don't bother trying to fix it, no new rig should crash on launching a game!!

RMA it, at least you'll got that advantage with prebuilt

Else you can dissassemble/rebuild the rig to be sure everything is properly plugged

Reset CMOS and update BIOS

Reinstall Windows

Well everything you've already bought as vendor prebuilt support 🙂

They're supposed to stress test it for you and make sure it's stable. Take it back and throw it at them.
