Go to Radeon Software, then the Global Graphics tab, then look for either Radeon Chill or Frame Rate Target Control, then set the FPS limit to 60fps.

I dont use RADEON software as it was causing suttering on my PC for over a year. So I had to get rid off it.

I used Riva statistics tuner instead to cap my global frame rate.

MY gpu is crunching out 100+ fps and I just dont need the heat and other challenges that come with it.

How do I lock the framerate to 60 on an AMD radeon GPU?
