i noticed only after i had built it 

so they wouldnt let me return it

i have a question wat sould i do with the sata and molex cables that arent attached to anything ?

You can tuck the cables in the bottom of the case if these cables cannot be detached from your PSU.

Otherwise, just store it in the box.

You got a B660M MSI Pro E instead of a gigabyte b660 ds3h ? 

Only real difference is that the B660M is mATX so physically smaller and with less slots, but it'll work okay

i told him to get a controller that plugs into usb header
