Computer keep crushing and turning back on

basiclly I got the rtx 3060 ,installed it in my computer and after 10-60m my computer like kinda crush so all my applications close, but at the same time the computer is on so it  return me to the lockscreen , I dont think its the way I put it inside my computer , and Im pretty sure I installed the right drivers using geforce experience , So I dont really know what can cause this to happend

the computer I want to insert the gpu in is the "legion y520t-25ICZ desktop (gaming computer) which have 36ef motherboared, intel i7 8700 cpu , 16gb of ram , 1tb of ssd , + I switch the psu a year ago to a Corsair 550W 80+ Bronze CV550 crosair , and currently gtx 1060.
