Are you going to have an interest in a more intense games or higher resolution/framerate target later on? This is an insanely light load that can be handled by half the budget.

Also, your part list is Private, PCPP defaults to private list when you make and save it.

i think i fixed it and i’m thinking about getting heavier games along with higher resolution monitors in the future. i also feel like since the games are a light load on the gpu it would last longer than being hit frequently with higher end games. also want to get all highest settings enabled as well.

Then go for @Why_Me build for Intel-Nvidia, and this modified one off @filpo for all AMD 1080p build.

Also, about the long lasting, it wont matter. GPU still goes to a heat cycle at light loads anyway, and the common failure point (in this case the fan) is ambivalent to the GPU load, they spin up and down from the temperature.

so the only thing i would need to replace is the fans really? and dose the gpu die.. well, die at some point? i was thinking the lower loads would make the die last longer.

Most of the time you dont because availability for it can be a massive joke. You either have to jank your own or go with third party cooling system which are not really new era GPU friendly especially with VRM kicking actual heat nowadays.

Nope.
