New LMG YouTube CHANNEL idea...

LMG has a plethora of tech channels already, from the mainstream (LTT) to the news (TechLinked) and the questions (Techquicke) and many more...

but, what about "TechHISTORY" ?

Just something like an informative/comedic channel, going over some old tech that was fun/life-changing/controversial at the time. Could be anything from old software, hardware, machinery or even vehicles.

Thats what they already do on TQ and LTT channels. Problem with that is that LMG does mainly on-spot content. Actually using and showing the gear. For history, they would either need to travel and discuss with museums, or do content only from sources. To latter, how would it be different from reading Wikipedia? They are known to get as much stuff wrong as Wikipedia does.

There are already channels for history content. Most prolific being Computer History Museum.

I'd actually like to see an LTT series where they get "average Joe GenZ" guinea pigs to use 80's and 90's tech and see what they make of it.

Do one on PCs, TVs, Phones, Audio content, etc

Retro Quickie is not a bad idea...

Although Retro Tech, rather than quickie is better.

But sure there are a lot of retro channels in YT, like LGR and so so on.

I edit my posts more often than not
