means that it goes with the 5600X, nothing below. and will the 5800k3d be too strong for the gpu

If you really want he can go with a 5700x AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4 GHz 8-Core Processor (100-100000926WOF) - PCPartPicker for the extra cores, or a 5600 AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor (100-100000927BOX) - PCPartPicker

r5 3600xt

b550

16gb

rx 6700xt

600w (will be upgradet to 700w or more)

2k ( 1440p) 144hz

which cpu would be the best to upgrade to all these components

1. so when playing games, for example: scum without loading or something similar, the fps drops to 30 for 2 seconds

2. he wants to upgrade to a slightly more modern cpu

3.and it used to happen to him that the cpu jumps to 100% and stays like that even if he is not in the game. it doesn't do anything

see if whatever B550 he has has support for the 5800X3D, and try to find one available.

Probably a 5600 or 5800X3D if you really want it to perform really good

when he plays a game, the fps skips (is it due to a bottleneck or)
