Need help with my first build, especially the SSDs

Budget (including currency): About $1500-ish USD

Country: Mexico

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I'll be using the PC for gaming, watch anime, streaming, and will be doing some productivity work like photoshop, illustrator, web development stuff, video editing and also lastly I wanna do some 3D rendering, game development and things like that, not professional level, just learning them and maybe as a hobby level for now since a 3060 is the most I can pay with my budget (I think)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): This is my first time building a gaming pc or building a PC at all, my old PC was an AIO so theres nothing I can reuse unfortunately. 1080p is good enough for me and I'd like to be able to play most AAA games and upcoming games like Blue Protocol and maybe some other MMO with decent fps like maybe 60-80 or something like that. I dont have any gaming peripherals so if possible to include some, would be great but if the budget doesn't allow it, at least I'll need speakers or a headset since the monitor im buying has no audio.

With the little knowledge I have, and since I didnt have many choices in terms of components, this is what I could come up with, if theres anything I should change or if theres something incompatible, please let me know

CPU: i5-12400
CPU Cooler: Deepcool AG400
Motherboard: MSI Pro B660M-A Wifi DDR4 / MSI Mag B660M Mortar DDR4 (Cause the last MSI Pro just got sold in the store I'm gonna be buying)
RAM: Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR4 3200 CL16 XMP 2x8GB
SSD OS + Programs: 512GB Kingston KC3000 or XPG S70 Blade or Adata Gammix S11 Pro
SSD Games and Storage: 1TB Kingston KC3000 or Spectrix S40G RGB
GPU: Asus Tuf Gaming V2 OC LHR 3060 12GB
PSU: XPG Core Reactor 750W 80+ Gold Full Modular
Case: Deepcool CK560 White
Monitor: Gigabyte 24'' G24F 2 IPS, 165hz

Not sure if I should buy thermal paste or not, and I couldnt get a cheap case with better airflow than that CK560, I hope thats enough for this build, I could get a Deepcool CC560 which is slightly cheaper but doesnt look like airflow is better, and it doesnt have RGB, only LED. Also I wasnt sure about the SSD's the selection was really small, I chose the KC3000 for the OS drive because I heard is really reliable and has good endurance but if the S11 Pro is reliable and has good endurance for an OS, thats cheaper and the second SSD, I dont know if I could get something cheaper so I could have some leftovers to buy a headset and a mouse, maybe an SN570? or even a Kingston NV2 but I heard its really bad.

About the PSU, I was planning to get a corsair RM850 white but its out of stock now, so I went for the Core Reactor, if the 750w and the 850w are at the same price, should I get the 850w or just go with the 750?

Thanks for the help!

Just get a 2TB M.2 NVME SSD. No need to complicate that part of the build. If you need/want to partition the drives for reasons, then you'll want at least 1TB for the O.S. and 1-2TB for the games and productivity work.

If you are fine with 60-80 FPS, you don't really need 180 Hz.
With the RTX 3060 I would go for a 1440p 75 Hz 27 inch monitor.
Personally I use the RTX 2070, which has about the same performance and I bet you will never want to go back to 1080p.

60-80 fps, but I'm sure they could go higher. That 180Hz is also for smoother scrolling, so a 60hz or 75hz monitor wouldn't be good.

Thanks everyone, those builds look really amazing, especially the amount of ssd storage, unfortunately in my country it exceeded my budget but I ended up getting a 2tb ssd for now instead of the 1 512gb + 1 1tb i was planning to get in the beginning, I'll try to get a second 2 tb in a couple of months. The monitor, I was okay with something lower than 180hz but the reason why I chose to go with that gigabyte monitor was because it was the cheapest i could find that had ips which i needed for graphic design and stuff like that. I am currently having some audio issues with the monitor though
