Weird sound AiO pump arctic 420mm, brand new.

Hello! Just built this PC as it follows

 

ryzen 9 7900x

asus proart x670e creator wifi

psu: corsair x850m 80+ platinum

 

I have this weir sound, please see video, coming from the pump. Seems electrical. I’m not sure. Maybe bubbles and it’s normal.

 

Also, the PC turns on just by switching the PSU on without the case switch. I tried without the headerd (power-sw / reset-sw) on and it turns on as well. Can be the motherboard? The Psu?

Ps: the pc didn’t turn on at the first start up  by PSU, I had to press the case button as normal, then now has changed. BIOS has been updated and power options are on “power off” in case of electrical missing.

 

the pc starts normally and works fine. Did stress tests and temps and speed are ok. Ram is ok at 6000mhz cl30 no issues at all.
