How do i permamently change my rx570's fan profile without it being reset to default after a reboot

First of all, change the thermal paste on this card, i have had a few that were fried to bone cos people dont maintain their cards.
Next up, i have in the past used software like MSI afterburner to control the fan speed. Currently i  am using Fan Control from github, which controls all my fans in the pc.

So i bought second hand sapphire rx570 nitro+ some time ago, and it was used in mining (i found that out by spending whole day trying to install drivers for it). It crashes my pc if it stays around 60 C* for around ~5 minutes, and the default profile doesn't help by disabling fans completly when the temps are below 50 C*. Changing fan profile counts as "tuning" , so after a reboot my fan profile just gets reset to default, which results in my gpu overheating and crashing my pc.

Firstly i would re-paste the card, then use MSI afterbirner for the fan curve and make sure Afterburner is set to run when the PC starts.

Should I use ethyl alcohol for removing old thermal paste?

Ethyl alcohol (ethanol) evaporates slower

Isopropyl alcohol is the common household alcohol you can use for boards

I was unable to find it in my house... so I used ethyl.

I successfully replaced thermal paste, and my temps dropped a lot.

Ty everybody who helped me with this issue.
