if my google-fu are correct that thing is almost time for replacement. What year did you buy it? Any plans of replacing it later on?

Thats good then! At 10-15 years from the first turn on you should consider replacing PSU or keeping close eye on it due to cap degradation, but yeah itll be fine for now to not replace it.

I would activate Windows 11 later on, but this is a good 1080p build at sub 1K.

There's no M.2 heatsink that comes with that board and I can think of better coolers than that $20 four pipe cooler for that unlocked cpu. If you're going to go with a 12 gen build with a $700 budget then look at the 12400F paired with that cpu cooler and a board with a M.2 heatsink.

running sinkless on the 1TB version right now. It doesnt go as hot as you might think just doing normal tasks, id only concern it when its running insanely artificial load like read and writing for machine learning or heavy seed-leech in a p2p data transfer. But yeah that board is also pretty solid pick year-round. OP doesnt mention heavy CPU bound load as an issue but i do liked the AG400 pick instead.
