Is my motherboard dead?

Ok so my usb peripherals don’t light up and i don’t get any video output from my rx 580 and the power off button doesn’t shut my pc off.Is my mobo dead or it’s my psu,cpu(r5 2600).

Io in the back and into the usb ports of my case no light on my mouse and keyboard
