Dell Optiplex 3020 Motherboard upgrade

Hello, i have been rocking a dell optiplex 3020 with a gtx 1650, super cheap build and it runs ok. but recently i want to upgrade but i wanna save as much cash as i can

so im wondering, would a full tower optiplex 3020 be able to accommodate a different motherboard? im thinking of an am4 mobo?

If I am not mistaken, you would need to swap case and psu as both are non-standard.
