Overclocked i5-13600K getting stutters more after overclock

Bob__

Just wondering is my system unstable. I am running the ram 800 MHZ over stock and the CPU has 600MHZ over stock and is pegged at 105 C. Im going to reseat the CPU cooler which is a NHD15 but I was wondering did I screw my system. Also I would like to know how I can push it harder without crashing or bricking it in the future. Here are my system specs:

Hi, I have a 2 month old system that I have a pretty heavy overclock on. I was wondering what's the limit on the system and if my NHD15S is enough to cool the thing because it spikes to 105C the second I click the start button. The E-cores sit around 95C. There are some specs and the clocks and temps below. Its kind of hard to see below but the CPU is pegged at 100% utilization with 5.7 GHZ on the P-cores and (im not sure about this because Im not at my computer right now and I dont have a pic of it) 4.5 GHZ on the E-Cores. It runs at this speed for about 1 cinebench run but then drops by more than 1GHZ. Is my cooling enough for this overclock. If it helps my memory is also OC'ed to 6000MHZ. Lasty, I have no idea if its related but games have been running with more stutters and jitters than before with a lighter overclock. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me.

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced

Well, if you're pegging 105c you're not doing favors anywhere.

You're overclocking the snot out of stuff, and it's unstable.

Tune your OC better, or deal with the crashes.  You know why it's crashing, so you can fix it.

And if you're hitting 105, that's not a "good" overclock, or at least not on that cooler.  Turn it down, or upgrade the cooler.

At 105c you're getting some serious thermal throttling.  So that's probably the stuttering.

oc is a bit too high, same with the memory. Scale back a bit on both and check after. Its better to have more stable components than ones that are performant but not as stable

And also what other coolers can handle anywhere close to 300w (I cant fit a 360 rad in my case.)

if you can't fit a 280 there might not be much point and might be better to just get a case that can (though it would be pretty costly)

You're overclocking via BIOS that's fine. Never overclock via the OS.

You'll need better cooling, or undervolting.

How can I undervolt. (Sorry but im 14 and just getting to know computers only could OC this one because of youtube and a good chip)
