Disk CleanUp Show Temporary Internet Files using 2 Gb even after cleanup

I have a windows 10 pc just recently i realised that even after running a system disk cleanup it still show that Temporary Internet Files are using 2.72 GB of disk space on C Drive. But when i click on View Files the folder is empty. I manually cleaned up all the temp folders yet that space is not freed up. How do i resolve this issue, Since this issue started my windows boot take over 2 mins to show the login screen. I have windows 10 pro version 22H2 19045.2728

Use CCleaner to delete the temp files.

Does it hang on windows loading for 2 mins or on the bios splash?

it hangs on the windows loading screen. The BIOS task completes in 10 - 12 secs. On the windows loading screen the most time it takes is for "Please wait for the ProfSVC"
