Issues with Intel i225-V Rev. 3 NIC

I have an MSI Z690 Edge Wifi DDR5 board with the 3rd revision Intel I225-V NIC and unfortunately I have random dropouts way too frequently and sporadically. Sometimes I can go 3-4 weeks without a drop and then some days I will have 30 or more drops. 
 

Does anyone know a true fix to this crap? I’d like to avoid an RMA because AFAIK MSI will make me ship it from VA to CA on my own dime and will take 2 months or more to get me back something that may still have this crappy NIC anyway.
