PC restart when loading new map need Help Identify the problem

Hi, I need help identify the problem my PC restart itself after loading new map / new area / launching game as shown in the Video. It didn't happen all the time this occur randomly sometime after i played a long session 3-4 hours or 10-30min or sometime right after I turn on my PC. I try changing my PSU it help a little say old PSU (1200w) 30 out of 50 time to 10 out of 100 time. I try running memtest and check my SSD for bad sector didn't run into any problem my best guess was my graphic card or my ram but i can't think of anyway to test them further apart from replacing new part. Have anyone run into problem like this or can figure out what cause it to restart.
