if you already have ram and case your better off getting a used 5600 non x, a used 1660 super and a new mobo. Screenshots for then down below

Used b3/450 should be 50-70$ so you can save lots of money going for a used board, or atleast buy a cheaper b550 like the pg4 or pg riptide

With the extra money you can get a used 6600(xt) instead of a 1660 super

I would not get a refurbished GPU. Also a brand new RX 6600 is just as expensive as that renewed 1660S, and way more powerful. You don't need the iGPU, so a 5600 for $10 more is a better choice (yes, it's actually more powerful than a 5600G, which is just a 5500 with iGPU). Also agree with others that you could get a cheaper motherboard. Assuming you already have a PSU, since you didn't include one?

Well he wrote ''(I already have ram and case) '' And I was wondering if he had a PSU and Storage as well because some new builders actually do forget that you need that.

And I see that he is doing a somewhat budget build and if he had mentioned that he had bought an Aresgame PSU or similar, I would tell him send it back and get something good because I dont want him blowing up his hardware hah 😄   You'd be surprised how much dangerous and crap PSU's I have seen in builds over the 22 years I'v been building^^
