Any suggestions for new pc-build?

Kl981

Budget (including currency): €2000 excluding monitor

Country: Netherlands

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainly single player games like: rdr2, hogwarts, Assassin's Creed. And csgo, COD

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I am planning to upgrade my 32-inch monitor to at least 1440p 120Hz. I am not sure if 4K is worth the price for me, since I will only be using it for gaming and watching content.

For the CPU, I have chosen AMD the 7700X(€300), as the 7600(€240), 7700(€350), and 7600X(€250) are all in range for me. Not sure which one to get. I will wait for the 7800X3D to see its price, availability, and benchmarks.
Intel could also be an option i5-13600k(€304), i7-13700k is i think a bit pricy €460 and probably overkill

As for the GPU, I am considering the 4070Ti, as it is great for 1440p. However, the 7900XT is surprisingly priced at 857 here, so I am not really sure which one to get.

Regarding the cooler and motherboard, I am not sure which ones to choose. Thought about noctua-d15(€109), DeepCool LS520(€115)
As for Ram tried low latency and 5600 range
The motherboard seems a bit expensive for me, but having Bluetooth is nice.
I don't really care about RGB or mismatched colors; I just want the best price-to-performance ratio.

Scaling on 4K is far superior if you're a person like me who primarily uses their gaming monitor for video content as well, unless you're using a secondary display for that purpose. Something that Nvidia VSR might fix, but I think it depends more on the monitor's scalar than the GPU.

7800x3D being $450 isn't the greatest value, especially if you're not considering 240Hz or higher. Comparably, the R5 7600 is prime value and should be easy to resell whenever the 8800x3D or such comes out.

+$200 for an AM5 motherboard is just the way it is, especially for a gaming computer.

I'd recommend snagging an 850W ATX3.0/PCIe5.0 PSU over that RM850x. Those come native with 12VHPWR so you're not having to use an adapter. Its a smaller QoL upgrade for the RTX 4070ti but the prices are about the same so why not.

Being one I  saw in the list, this PSUs been out for a while so there's plenty of good data on it.

I can't find the timings for that 6000 CL30 kit, but I see similar kits with  CL30 (30-40-40-96) timings that are the same brand/'model' which is good for Ryzen 7000.

Hey There... I looked at your build and I made some improvements. I threw in a 144p Monitor as well that's not included in the budget just to give you an idea. I really hope you like them. If you have any questions please ask.
