Overclocking a i5-13600K

Hi, I have a 2 month old system that I have a pretty heavy overclock on. I was wondering what's the limit on the system and if my NHD15S is enough to cool the thing because it spikes to 105C the second I click the start button. The E-cores sit around 95C. There are some specs and the clocks and temps below. Its kind of hard to see below but the CPU is pegged at 100% utilization with 5.7 GHZ on the P-cores and (im not sure about this because Im not at my computer right now and I dont have a pic of it) 4.5 GHZ on the E-Cores. It runs at this speed for about 1 cinebench run but then drops by more than 1GHZ. Is my cooling enough for this overclock. If it helps my memory is also OC'ed to 6000MHZ. Lasty, I have no idea if its related but games have been running with more stutters and jitters than before with a lighter overclock. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me.

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced

if you're sitting in the 90's?

That cooler isn't keeping up, and you're absolutely slowly cooking the chip.

Get a better cooler.  (There are still better air cooler than the D15, but I'd go 280 or 360 AIO, cuz they're better.)

Theoretically should the thing be keeping up though because its just an i5 and according to lots of people it keeps way hotter chips cooler. Did I get a defective one or something?

I'd probably back off your overclock. Sounds like you're pushing it too hard.

That, or you haven't applied proper thermal paste or mounted the cooler incorrectly.

Just because it's an i5 doesn't mean shit.

Just cuz it's a civic.... Ever drive the R?

So you've got a boatload of p cores all jacked up, and your e cores add to that.  Stout air cooler but you're not running stock so don't compare hotter chips.

Get a 360, it's been the go to for years when overclocking.

I didn't look but is that case any good?   You need air FLOW for a couple cooler to work.
