I have 2 fans with molex cables with 2 pins, where do I plug them in?

The molex connector on your power supply. Also, you can daily chain them like they are in the first image, that's the way the cables are designed. 

 

They will be at 100% at all times though, that's how that style of fan is designed.

there wouldn't be any connector for that on your mobo, connect them to your power supply molex connectors
